P r e s e n t _ C r o s o f r a n c e · C r o s o R o m a n i a From railing systems to street fur- niture Already since 1996, CROSO France in Trappes, near Paris, had been active as a sales subsidiary for MANNUS products in France. In 2012, a second company was founded in Eckbolsheim, Al- sace, specifically for the distribution of CROSO International rai- ling systems. These two companies then merged in 2015 to form current Croso France in Eckbolsheim, near Strasbourg. Since its foundation, CROSO France has recorded continuous growth and is one of the most important suppliers on the French market. The product range includes all-glass railings, stainless steel rai- lings and LED handrails from CROSO International as well as people guidance systems from Via Guide. In addition, the range offers road barriers and flagpoles from MANNUS, bollards and barriers from URBANUS, as well as aluminium concertina barriers from Sonnleithner. The CROSO France team is linked to JCS in Arnsberg via a modern IT system. CROSO France finds its market access through major distributors. In addition, however, the company also directly addresses cus- tomers such as large construction companies, airports, railroad companies, industrial and event companies as well as architects. By including third-party products in its range, CROSO France also forges its own path, independent of JCS products. Thanks to an exclusive distribution agreement with Grijsen park & stra- atdesign, a manufacturer based in the Netherlands, the portfolio has been significantly expanded, particularly in the area of street furniture. CROSO France strives to act as a strategic distributor with a view to enabling all partners of the JCS Group to sell their products on the French market. Market expansion in southeastern europe In 2012, CROSO International responded to the dynamic deve- lopment of the construction industry in Southeastern Europe by establishing the CROSO SEE subsidiary in Satu Mare, Roma- nia. The company's founder and managing director Mihai Rusu, who holds a 50 percent stake in the company, distributes CROSO International's entire product portfolio: from fittings and posts for stainless steel railings to profile systems for all-glass railings. Customers include metalworkers, glass construction companies as well as specialist dealers, architects and professional planners. The company's main focus is on competent, technical consultan- cy, rapid enquiry and order processing as well as short delivery times. 7 9
